These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CVPP Flooring, LLC website and any services provided by us. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

CVPP Flooring, LLC ("Company") provides professional flooring installation services in throughout the State of Florida, including but not limited to: Carpet, Tile, LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile), Hardwood, and Laminate installation.

All services are subject to a separate service agreement or estimate that must be signed prior to commencement of work.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates provided are free of charge and non-binding unless confirmed in writing
• Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment and may differ from initial estimates
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen conditions
• A signed work order or contract is required before any installation begins

3. Payment Terms

• We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Check, and Cash
• Payment schedules will be specified in your individual service agreement
• A deposit may be required to secure scheduling
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the work area on agreed-upon dates
• Ensure the subfloor is structurally sound prior to installation (unless subfloor work is included in the scope)
• Remove personal belongings, furniture, and obstacles from the work area unless furniture moving is included
• Inform us of any known hazards, utilities, or structural issues

5. Warranty

CVPP Flooring, LLC warrants that all labor and installation work will be performed in a workmanlike manner. Warranty terms are specified in your individual service agreement. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance after installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by flooding, pets, heavy furniture, or misuse
• Defects in materials not supplied by CVPP Flooring, LLC

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVPP Flooring, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content without our written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of CVPP Flooring, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
